The path to better health has many different looks. We all want to be able to achieve great feats in our own rite but some of us may have restrictions. The biggest development comes from the small steps of change. In order to achieve that great feat we must do the work daily to the nest of our ability. We designed this app with that person in mind who is just trying to get themselves to be better no matter there circumstances. No matter your location or your age, these exercises can be done at your leisure. They can be done multiple times a day and arent as taxing on your nervous system as typical extended exercising. All the while still propelling you forward on your path to better health.
